Saint Engineering successfully created a test-rig solution for measuring the performance of Rolls Royce engines used in power generation. This had to overcome the resonance issues associated with both the engine and the dynomometer and ensuring the prop shaft was designed and built to function at a neutral resonance.

The task was to design and build a low-cost, low maintenance special purpose machine for tea-bag production suitable for use on location where tea is grown. Saint Engineering's solution has proved so reliable, it has now been adopted worldwide. The quality of performance has also attracted interest from other manufacturing sectors and a wide range of new packaging applications are being developed.

A food industry client was facing regular production disruption from a mis-feeding capping machine. Saint designed a solution which not only eliminated the problem but which greatly increased through flow speed.
